Structural Concrete, Journal of the fib

Structural Concrete, the official journal of the fib, provides conceptual and procedural guidance in the field of concrete construction, and features peer-reviewed papers, keynote research and industry news covering all aspects of the design, construction, performance in service and demolition of concrete structures. It is published four times per year (March, June, September, December). All members of the fib automatically get the latest issue of Structural Concrete, so the easiest way of staying informed (and the cheapest way to receive the Journal regularly and receive other advantages) is to become a member of the fib.

However, it is also possible to subscribe to the Journal without becoming a fib member: to do this visit the Thomas Telford website for Structural Concrete, where you can also register to receive automatic email contents alerts for Structural Concrete and other Telford publications.

The main part of the Journal contains peer-reviewed papers. The list of contents and abstracts for all issues since 2002 are freely available via the links below. PDF files of the articles are available to fib members in the Members only section.

The Journal also contains the newsletter "fib-news", which provides up-to-date information from the fib secretariat. PDF files of the latest issues of fib-news can be downloaded via the following links:

Submission of papers

Structural Concrete is seeking original papers of the highest quality for publications. Papers will cover all aspects of the design, construction, performance in service, strengthening and demolition of concrete structures, including papers on research into the behaviour of structures and into the development of design methods. All papers will be subjected to a rigorous peer review process prior to acceptance for publication.

Instructions for authors can be downloaded as a pdf file here.
