fib Bulletin 91 is available for purchase on the fib website.

The fib has recognized the great potential of floating concrete structures and has taken the initiative to write a state-of-the-art report on the subject. We hope that the report will stimulate the creative use of a well-suited material, to the best for the users and the industry. Hopefully, the report will give examples that may be helpful, with a lot of references.
