The fib Special Activity Group on Sustainability is developing a new fib Bulletin focused on documenting best practices for sustainability within structural concrete applications. This publication is designed to become a comprehensive resource that rigorously blends the latest research advancements with documented real-world applications.

We invite you to contribute concise 2- to 4-page case descriptions of projects, research findings, or innovative methods. This minimal effort offers maximum impact by integrating your national expertise into a globally citable resource.
The Bulletin will cover a wide and critical range of topics, including, but not limited to:
- Low-carbon Concrete Mixtures
- Non-traditional Reinforcing Materials
- High-Performance Concrete and Reinforcing Materials
- Design Optimisation
- Recycling and Reuse Practices
- Sustainable Life Cycle Management (LCM), Maintenance, Renovation, and Adaptation Practices
- Sustainable Production and Construction Technologies
- CO2 Capture & Sequestration

Submission Details
- Template: A case description template and example are available to guide you, requiring minimal effort to prepare the content.
- Brevity: Given the concise 2-4 page limit, please refer readers to external websites, research papers, and background documents for greater detail.
- References: When compiling the final section, please organize references into two distinct lists: one for standards, guidelines, etc., and another for other literature.
Deadline for Topic Submission (Intent to Contribute): October 30th, 2025
Deadline for Case Descriptions: November 30th, 2025 (Adjustments possible for valuable contributions).
